It would not be good for Israel at all. It's only a matter of time before a nuke warhead ends up in the hands of a terror group or a de facto terror group (like Iran's government) assuming it hasn't already happened. If so, the only thing standing in the way of very bad things happening is a delivery method. A stealth anything (helicopter, plane, etc.) would be ideal for any group nuts enough to want a warhead - and there are plenty of them out there
