Hughes worked on a satellite for the Chinese, to be sold to them, then placed into orbit by their rocket. The satellite was monitored 24/7 till the launch, by us security officials, not wanting our tech to be shared.
"Mysteriously" the launch failed and there was some delays getting to the crash site. The chinese were so callous in their regard for their actions, that many of the access panels were loose, fasteners buggered up on the recovered satellite. The tech was so important to them that they crashed their own rocket
