Where are you in Toronto?
Pull off the large hose on the left side of the filler neck and check to see if there a lot of oil in it. There is a baffle inside the hose so if it flooded with oil there should still be plenty in the hose. Just bend it downwards over a small container to catch any oil that may come out.
