I once parked my car like that. But even worse. It wasn't even in a row of spots. It was in the freakin' middle of an aisle. I only realized it when I heard my license plate paged overhead.
I was post-call during residency. Meaning I had arrived at the hospital the day (27 hrs?) before. It had been snowing and the parking lot hadn't been plowed. So I parked my car in line with the rest of the handful of cars in the lot. Fast forward 24+ hours. Now the snow had all melted, all other cars I had originally parked next to had since left, and my remaining car was no longer in any space or even close to it.
