Then came assembly.
I searched long and hard to find the right bars, and even toyed with using some Electra cruiser bars cut-down and turned upside down. I ended up finding some Soma 'Major Taylor' bars and a stem from a swap-meet. To finish off the bars I found some Brooks leather tape (matching the seat) complete with cork ends. The rest of the parts are generic as the bike is mainly used for short rides around the beach and to the local cafe
