Looking forward to Sunday.
A bit frustrated at the moment. I have a client that is having issues with their scheduling software and are not up to the current version. A new pc that they purchased without talking to me in not compatible with the version they are on. I can't fix the problem and need to talk to tech support. They won't talk to me because my client has not been keeping up with the service contract.... I the contract is renewed, I'll have to upgrade to the current version, which is not compatible with the current server and one workstation. The client really doesn't want to pay the back support to become current and then 12 months on top.
