...personally I get the giggles out of NA attitudes on this subject. To be truthful, just heading out for a long cycle to the beach near me (50 km round trip), depending on the mood we will go to the "normal" part of the beach where topless is pretty well common but then again, might go to the nude part of the beach. While there are people there who you wonder why they want to peel down and averting your eyes is a good thing....there are also some very attractive people who do not mind if you admire their god-given gifts.
To me it is not sexually exciting any more than seeing a gorgeous 911 parked makes me want to go race or drive fast.....just like to see and also feel the freedom that being naked gives you.
North America....don't understand the evils of the female nipple or genetalia, albeit please don't bring it to a grocery store.
