Double edged sword there, eh? Albertsons exists for profit, not to make you happy. If their customer relations affect the bottom line they will amend them. If they can streamline\automate\cost cut to increase profits they will... employees and customers be damned. Their model isn't based on people saying 'Albertsons lettuce is more expensive than WalMart, but the service is nice...'.
I, personally, am willing to pay a bit more for good service and to keep people employed (isn't that a form of job creation subsidy?). Many others are not: cheap is the bottom line.
