Sorry to read about the problem you are having, but I can tell you I have been there before. I learned "one time" thats all it takes. Do what is going to work best for you and the buyer.
Don't dwell on the negative but make it a policy that when you ship anything, that you will inform the buyer after you get there address of what the shipping and handling charges are goin gto be before you take any money.
Or you take what ever item you are selling and get it packaged and get a scale and weigh the item and let the buyer know when they ask you before they buy it what the total is going to be.
Or if you do alot of ebay shipping there is a site that you can download from a shipping table.
This is the onlyy way that you are going to protect your self, your time and your reputation as a seller of Porsche stuff.
