I have that truck only a long box.
Mileage isn't too bad if you can keep your foot out of it.
Has a nice solid feel to it and pretty much trouble free.
Mine is an HD and has 4:11s in it. Upsized the tires to a 265 LT and it seems to drive better empty and get better gas mileage on the highway (again empty).
One thing that sold me on the GM when I was buying was the fact that I could see the motor. All of it!
