It is
so hard to listen and not comment but that is what they need most; someone who loves them unconditionally and is willing to let them puke on you as they pour out all the hurt, frustration, confusion, and uncertainty.
Each party will want you to agree that they are right. Tell them you are always available to listen but you cannot decide who is right; that is for the two of them to work out themselves. When someone tries to corner you into their side, just tell them you love them both and want whats best for everyone.
