Yeah, I don't care for UPS much. I order a lot of stuff from various people and I get about 50% of my UPS packages damaged. So if I can avoid them, I do. Pelican's the best though, they are on my way to work. Sweet!
FedEx Ground on the other hand, is great plus in my limited experience it has been cheaper.
Recently I've sold 6 steel wheels, 2 seats and one 2.0L engine.
The wheels had to be shipped, I think it was about $63 to new jersey for the set of five. I don't remember what the single cost.
I make it my practice to be as specific as possible in my ebay auctions. For the good of the buyer and myself. I tell them the weight of the package as well as the dimensions and how I calculated the shipping. I also state, shipping speculations are not guaranteed.
