I have found rubberized undercoating in spray form at many local auto part shops. I'm not sure of their quality, but the product is available. You can also apply a top coat of body color to match if you want.

BTW: I think I'll be dropping off the parts to be powder coated next week, pending completion of bead blasting. Greg, if you want mabye you can throw a few of your parts into the mix. Probably will be cheaper than a seperate 'bill'. Let me know if you are interested. I'm also not sure of their turn around time either. I've heard 3 weeks. Shoot me an e-mail if interested. If not, I have a few cans of black appliance exopy spray that I probably will not use. A lot more durable than rustoleum enamel.
