Anytime you are shipping bumpers and rocker panels you have to be prepared to give a little.
I shipped a rocker panel to a buyer, turned out to be the wrong side, I ate the shipping that the buyer paid to get it back to me and I paid to ship the correct one there. It is just good business to do the right thing.
Another thing I may have mentioned is get all of the photos of whatever you are selling and then package the item and have it ready to weigh, if someone asks you can get there shipping address and be ready with a dollar figure.
