If the mystery seller's goal is to get as much out of the bike as possible, his/her best bet is to put it back to stock and sell the upgrades, then sell the bike and ask for bluebook OBRO.
I've seen mid-mileage R11S' on the market for as little as $3500, maybe less, and 'pristine' Boxercups for asking prices up to $10K.
