We have to pay the gubmint for EVERYTHING here.
Cars, trucks, bicycles, pets, guns, housing, movies, food, drink, smokes, TV, phones, energy, you name it, the gubmint charges a percentage for it.
I have a couple of waverunners and get a bill every year for $25 each, for useage fees.
But here's the funny part: there is nowhere in this county to use them except for in the ocean and that don't count.
I complained and was told, "just think of it as a parking fee then. if you park them in this county you have to pay that fee".
