That's been my experience as well. The cars are damn dirty with everyone crawling all over them.

People do like the no haggle model. I had a long discussion with a sales person there. Even people from countries where they like to haggle as a part of their culture like it. They don't have to go home to their wives thinking they left something on the table.

I was in there once and they used to have an ad with a guy that didn't know what kind of car he wanted. Just showed up and browsed the computer until he found something. There was a guy doing exactly that. A younger guy, slumming in his sweatpants like a trip out for beer. I was shocked as an enthusiast.

I had an 05 Chrysler and this whole system failed on us. Failed in my sister in laws van as well. They claimed it had to do with the batteries in the wheel going dead. ALL of them????
