Mine was at 148,000 miles, which I guess close enough to 150k. It required a complete - and I do mean complete - top-end rebuild only, including studs, thank you very much. The guys at TRE checked the bottom end and found the bearings like new. So that was left alone. But man, it sure runs good now.

Oh, and for what it's worth, there was lots of pitting on rocker-arm faces and cam lobes that had to be repaired. A pox on newer oils!
