i have not driven much as of yet so i can answer that question as to the 930. i do however have another 911 with a sbc engine and i have had it for several years. it does have a tendency to heat the cockpit. however, i took certain percautions with the 930. the trick is to isolate the heat from the radiator and not allow it to migrate away from the radiator enclosure. if you can insulate and capture the heated air it is possible to keep the heat away from the cockpit..otherwise it becomes a real problem..most likely i will redo the radiator shrouding much as i have the 930 and hope that the heat can be controlled..
