Almost Stock 965 turbo full boost at 3000 RPM
2011-08-31 7 PM Taiwan time.
I took a STOCK 1992 965 turbo out to dial in 0.95 bar of boost and fuel ratio.
modification to 965 turbo is.....final muffler....it is a very quiet Porsche..
This is first time I drive a stock 930/965 turbo...
I install air intake kit and a mini boost controller. cost about $100 USD.
First few drive I got 1.1 - 1.2 bar of boost I have to turn it down.
I got 1 bar of boost at 3000 RPM. I thought stock 930/965 turbo full boost is at 4000RPM????
Ok, I got 1 bar boost at 3000 RPM with this set up, if I install header kit and free flow muffler I think 1 bar of boost would come in at 2600 RPM.
