Strange '72 Widebody Conversion on Ebay

I hope this message isn't out of place here.

Does anybody know anything about this '72 Widebody conversion on Ebay?

Porsche : 911 | eBay

I've been looking for a '72 911 Targa for years and when this popped up it caught my attention. But it seems to be a strange mix. The VIN 9112110448 identifies it as a '72 911T, but the listing says it has MFI which would make it a 911E. But that's not necessarily bad. I've never had one and I hear their a bear to keep in tune, but I'm fascinated by the true, pulse injection technology, as opposed to the CIS injection of the 911T.

And there's obviously more than just a little conversion on the body. It isn't exactly a "slant nose", but something else. The windows look like they're electric, which would means the doors are from a later year. I don't think that's the original dash either. And the seats aren't original. None of which really bother me. It looks well done. Just sort of strange.

But note in the engine compartment picture. the oil filler cap on the inside. The right rear body picture shows it has the correct oil filler flap for that year, so what's the oil filler tube doing on the inside of the engine compartment?? That's the strangest of all.

Anybody know what's up with this car? I was kind of surprised to see it go for just $10,600.
