Love my Boxster too.
After growing up as a boy helping my father remove, replace and rebuild VW type 1 (Beetle) engines, buying broken ones and making one good car from two damaged ones, we always admired and drooled over Porsches. Never thinking we would get one. The seed was firmly implanted and I was brainwashed and have wanted a Porsche since then. They are much more expensive here in Aussie. A cheap high mileage Boxster costs $25,000AUD.
Fast forward 20yrs and I have a 2001s. I had it hidden in the garage and invite my father down to take him out for his birthday. He not knowing I had the car asks, "which car are we taking" my reply was "the one in the garage". As the door opened the look on his face was priceless and one I won't forget.
Love this car.
