I think that would be difficult. The front and rear ends of the early C3 series were all one piece with the fenders and were hard fiberglass, but the later years (73<, I think) used soft plastic front and rear ends. The earlier cars were much prettier. I think for the '75 year, the more common and easier "upgrade" would be to the front and rear end from the '81 and '82 cars that had the integrated spoilers.

Because in most places the '75 can now be modified due to being too old to be emissions tested, so you can make a '75 scream like a '69, but then you're still left with a relatively ugly 'Vette. You'd want to spruce up the looks too.
