It's not a bolt on like the '82 bumpers probably would be, you'd have to do a bunch of f/g work (which should be easier than welding). I think you could probably buy a whole new front end from one of the big Corvette houses. That would keep you from having to do much work on the front, but the back would definitely require attaching a new rear end to the rear fenders.
