It looks more complicatwd than it is. After boiling the brew, i put in 50ft of coiled copper and run cold water through and hot water that exits goes into the pool so as not to waste it. After cooling it down, the spigotcis opened and the liquid flows into the fermenter where the yeast is added. In this beer, 3 lbs of canned cherry puree also go into the fermenter. It's so easy even I can do it!
