Although I agree it's stupid, that looks like a bare shell, no pan, engine, tranny, front end, glass, etc.
It only weighs at most about 300 pounds, two big guys can lift it up on there. I've had a shell many times up on a set of good sawhorses.
A complete SB dry weight is only just over 1800lbs.
