you have a back dated suspension. that is 65-67 type.
The ball joints are readily available, but much more expensive that the correct ones for your car.
Make sure you have the correct matching struts with an M10 bolt to secure the ball joints, and not the wedge pin type that came on your car. A mismatch here is unsafe.
