It also helps us by adding a link on the blogger's website to us. That makes it easy for the blogger and their readers to find us. Hopefully, they'll like what they see here and they'll join our community.

I didn't read the whole thing, but it seems to be a way to cross link if you post something that originated on another site to let folks know about the originating site or something like that. I'll have to read the whole explanation more thoroughly later.
