Lane is a little on the low end. However, cars were a little cheaper in the Portland area. Due to some rusting. If the car is as good as he says. And there is virtually no rust any where. There are some up grades that would make the price a little lower. However, that said it would be more like the 18-20K range. If he had all the original parts and they were in good shape it could be higher. This was what they were going for about year and a half. I haven't check the market recently.
Just check car well for rust everywhere in all the usual places. The color is not the best. With that said there are some that love that color but a somewhat limited group. Any of the the standard Porsche colors like Polo Red, black, white, Aga Blue, Irish Green, and etc. will have more of interest and would/could demand a higher price.
