yeah its a track car, and ive heard of the welding option to completely eliminate steering "play", but honestly, i a wimp when it comes to the permanent stuff like welding it on.

I dont know how the welding option works/ what piece you weld to the shaft?

Would it have less play if I kept the original hub?? I could just add a quick release and a wheel with the same depth, because I do want the wheel to come out a little further than it does now, but that still might be too much.

Back to the original question, does the nrg short hub come in a size that fits?
