Your easiest and best solutionis a Momo hub and Snap Off QR. I was mistaken - the ones they now make will fit your Nardi wheel. This will cost about $300 new. If you wanna splurge, go with the Rothsport, like JP said.
I lucked into a factory cup car release - it's the best out there, but about $650 from Porsche
