Looking to buy - new to Porsche
Hello;
I am new to Porsche and will be looking to buy my 1st car shortly. I am interested in the Carrera/911 model series, used, and was told the 4S is the model to buy.
I am looking to spend $35,000 - $45,000 and could use some advice on what year, model, mileage to buy, etc and any other advice that will help. I have been told I need to have a PPI inspection done to the car?
The car will be for everyday driving, not garaged (will be in driveway), probably 12k miles driven annually, perhaps track once a year?
Not sure if I am missing anything other than those facts? Ummm...yeah, could really just use good advice. Also I have been looking on Craigslist for a personal owner to buy from. Is this a good idea or is dealer better.
Also, I guess like any car owner I don't want to sink $3gs annual for maintenance.
