1. they are lots better at it than a general lawyer
2. when the ins. co. sees their letter it will have a very different reaction than when they see your letter (ins. co. knows they might have to pay lots of fees to them & none to you)
the real question is whether your return is more than 1.4 * what they get (they usually take 30% as fees)
