Sorry, I have a question: What protects those welds as well as surroundings INSIDE from been rusted when it welded in place? It looks like "door" is closed to apply any paint or protector some sort...

Youri, this is definitely a concern of mine but unfortunately there are many areas that once welded you do not have full access to. What I do is seam seal and paint all that I can reach on the inside before closing the patch. I also try to think about which patch should be last and have them up in the air vs on the bottom in case water gets inside. After the patch I will s drill a small access hole and spray the inside with a product by Wurth called Body Wax and finish that with a good spraying of Fluid Film for maximum rust protection. While I was inside the rockers I used seam sealer on all the seams so they are now hermetically sealed from air and water. Can't do much more than that. You could have the entire car dipped after all metal work was done.
