I'm not trying to answer for LOWMILES here but I won't buy a daily driver w/ a "front clip"...much less an '89 930. Of course others may see such things as a near non-issue. The rub comes when things like this are a surprise or worse yet, known and not disclosed or reported. Once the money changes hands, it's can be a mess to undo.

My fiasco included a PPI. None of the problems were disclosed and the guy who did the PPI refused to take any responsibility for the obvious problems. Instead he spent a PILE of $$ on attorney fees and received the same service he gave me (karma). A year earlier, the owner had the car returned to him for the same issues I had with it (to a fellow pelican). It seems that by dragging a broker and PPI into it, he felt he was in the clear. Not so and it cost them a pile of $$ and me 2 years of sleep deprivation.
