You can't use the vacuum system with your carbs. Your dizzy has a very limited amount of centrifugal advance. You can try setting about 10 degrees BTDC at idle and see what you get. I'll bet you only get to about 25 degrees total at 5k and up. Driveable but missing alot of power. You'll need to recurve yours or get a 78-79 dizzy. You can do it yourself, there are threads on what the guts look like. You'd basically need to bend the stops to allow the weights to move more. You'd like to get at about 30-33 degrees of advance at 5k and less than 10 at idle.
