OK, I broke my word and came back for one last post. Of course you and Lendaddy are correct, and at some point, under certain circumstances...who knows? That said, rest assured that in my day-to-day life, something as mundane as a typical car or house transaction would never reach that threshold as that's just not the way I operate. BTW, if I lived in a "black and white" world, I'd be over in PARF where I'd fit right in
