Interesting, I went looking for the green sauce. I'd never seen it or heard of it before I moved here. I guess this is why.

But it’s the rare Mexican restaurant in Houston that doesn’t also offer the salsa—it's ubiquitous all over town. I LOVE GREEN SAUCE. Every restaurant is a bit different. I actually don't like the Pappasitos green sauce at all.
