I dont think there is a row of numbers for the 89 SA. They were only limited in the US, but not worldwide.
It was an option package to get a lot of extras for a special price.
They made an unknown number all over the year. |

I've also heard that they were only made near the end of the year (1988) as I've seen them with Production dates mainly in 12/88-1/89
