Nick, I have no experience with the M&K (not available back then), but I've had a GHL 1in/1out on mine for years and have been very pleased. I've also got a Fabspeed euro premuffler (added later, with no noticable change in tone imo), along with a SW chip. Although I've had my car on a dyno, I can't say how much the GHL alone does, but my car performs great, and I get a big thumbs up all the time from others on how my car sounds and I love it. Not too loud with no resonance whatsoever. Sorry...no vid/audio clips.
