I've had some time to work on the car lately so here is a little update. Engine was stripped down to the studs and all lower Dilivars replaced with steel. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/622847-broken-head-stud-defeated.html Cylinders are back on and I'm waiting for the baffles to come back from powder coating. Cleanup of the engine bay and new sound pad installed. Bilsteins have been sent off for rebuild. I met up with Ed M , aka Ivangene and had him put in a set of his Derlin bushings in my shift coupler, Thanks Ed!

I'm not sure I want to go this route yet but it sure is a thing of beauty. The PO had cut the outlets off and had them rotated up for his early car so I'll have to cut them and rotate them to clear the SC bumper. I'm hoping I can get this thing back together before the rains set in! Cheers, Thor
