reenforcing the v-eight conversion to me...needed an alternator for my sbc...not the ls7 conversion. Five minutes to remove...twenty minutes to autozone and back...and ten minutes to put it back on! and best of all a replacement alternator for 45.00 dollars with a lifetime guarantee. not bad, not bad at all for a maintenance item on a 585 chp engine!
