I'm a huge M&K fan so take my comments based on that. My M&K wasn't too loud, it just droned a bit. So Ben the owner of M&K went to work on this issue and released a newer generation of M&K's to deal with this. He also worked with the community here to help design them.
So would I get another M&K, yes in heartbeat.
