Well just got back from test driving it. Was still nice and tight, no rattles or squeaks. Did not seem to be significantly faster than the 330i, but did squeal the tires taking off.
Rear seats are really only good for a kid, but that is not an issue. Overall car in great shape, BUT, BUT, when I was looking in the back there was mouse crap on the seats and on the floor! Even the dealer freaked out and is going to pull the interior body panels to find the mouse. I think that is going to be a deal breaker for me, even if the dealer gives a "mouse" discount. You never know what wires the mouse has been chewing on. Hell, how did it even get in the car?
