No, they are the metal clips you have arranged like 4 "C"s. They should have a small tab attached to accept the machine screw. They are mounted underneath the armrest. Sorry I do not have a photoshop to point.
I need two (2) of them and cannot find at any of the well known P-car sources. Thanks!
