I think I'd rather hire a person with a tattoo rather than a poor speller.
I'm sure somewhere back in the 50's women with pierced ears where not looked upon favorably in the work place. Heck, an old, old study indicated women with colored hair were more promiscuous. While I don't care for tattoos, I could hire a tattooed person.
I'll bet my bank won't, though.
Of course, I've not seen beyond the sleeves of anyone at the bank.
