Rich....for someone in the deepest darkest North, very good. VOCs, AKA Volatile Organic Compounds AKA as paint thinners.
Most paints have been re-formulated, mostly 'cause of smog requirements. Small problem though, they are toxic to the painters....they now SHOULD use supplied air masks as opposed to filtered air masks.
The old paints are long gone...forget about getting ORIGINAL touch up paint. It is either all dried up or fake...you can get some touch up paints from local auto parts stores but it is trial and error....
