Brother brought his Dell netbook with sprint wireless. Has windows starter on it. It won't hardly do anything and gets slower with memory and registry error problems after what seems like minutes. He runs some kind of repair thing from Dell and it says it is fixed. Restarts it and then runs the repair thing again and it finds more errors.

Is that normal for windows and netbooks?

Oh and he got the Netbook for $50 with the sprint account.

I know next to nothing about Windows. I could just barely get it to use my home wi-fi.
