I think it's something older 1933, 1934. By '36 most of the A pillars have started to lean back for better aerodynamics. The A pillar is very upright in the pictured car.
I've been digging and think it's going to end up being something more obscure.
This 1934 Graham is about the closest thing I've found, but don't think it's the same car. The car in the field is probably a "touring" model since the trunk sticks out a bit.
