I just picked up a clean 86 N/A with a blown engine to strip and install the interior into my stripped tracked out 951. I bought the 951 with a bill of sale figureing it was just for the track and never worried about the title issue until recently.

The N/A is really clean with a clear title and I'm just about tempted to swap everything off of the rough 951 into the N/A. 951 has no title...it was stolen from the previous owner who left it in the glove box....He just bought it at the time and never put it into his name. I'm thinking the hassel of running a lean and paying the $500 in back fees might be worth the effort to just strip the rough 951 of all it's goodies.

It's all labor so I'm not interested in selling everything and buying another 951.
Now to my question....Have you guys done this before?
